  I worked with Nanyel and after providing a competing quote, she advised me to check further with my current, longstanding insurance company. They did in fact come in cheaper, and I’d like to recognize/applaud Nanyel’s honesty. So hard to find honesty in business nowadays! Thank you.

  I have been dealing with insurance doctor in Charlottesville, specifically with Nanielle and DeShawn for more than 10 years now. They have always provided me with the most up-to-date information about the auto insurance policies that are available for the best price. I've seen those commercials like we all have for decades for the other big car insurance places that claim saving and when I have checked with them my auto insurance would go up by 15 to 20%! I much appreciate that the insurance doctor has no phone tree. I never have to go through a complicated computer to talk to another computer and then another. It seems that those two are always there...I wonder if they ever take any time off... LOL. Seriously though, it's very nice to always have somebody answer the phone. I highly recommend insurance doctor and specifically Deshawn and Nanielle for your automotive insurance needs. If you want courteous, intelligent, and informed service then definitely call them.
