One of the things I appreciate most is that they answer the phone quickly—I've never had to sit on hold for several minutes before speaking with someone. Everyone I've talked to has been cheerful, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Today, I called to add a vehicle to our policy, and Jerry Rankin was incredibly kind and helpful. He shared a few personal stories that were similar to what we were experiencing while replacing my vehicle, which really helped put my mind at ease. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that our newer vehicle would actually cost less to insure than my old one, making this transition even easier. Thank you to Jerry and the entire Charlottesville team for consistently providing outstanding customer service. I've never had a negative interaction with anyone in the office, and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism they show every time I call. I highly recommend them!
