- WSWoodrow SandersMay 29, 20265.0I've been a State Farm customer for close to one year. I have excellent auto, home and umbrella policies which were expertly set up by the Hunter Wyant Agency staff. Recently, my wife drove over a nail on the highway, which developed into a slow rear passenger tire leak, while parked in the garage. I have a towing / labor coverage endorsement. So, I used the app to schedule service to remove the flat tire, retrieve and install the spare, and place the flat in the trunk. (I am now scheduling for the tire repair or replacement.) The whole process was seamless, from scheduling the tow / labor appointment to a fast 10 minute labor job, all the while the local tow / labor company kept me informed with ETA texts and phone calls. Excellent service from start to finish!

I have way more coverage at a way better price than I was receiving from Progressive in auto alone. I recommend this team if you are looking for new insurance or even switching!
