  I cannot recommend The Brian Ahern Allstate Agency based on my recent experience. We were initially provided inaccurate quotes that resulted in our home being improperly covered due to insufficient documentation and oversight during the underwriting process. Consequently, both our homeowners and auto insurance premiums had to be increased after the policies were finalized. Equally concerning was the lack of communication and responsiveness from the agency. Despite multiple attempts to address these issues, we did not receive a meaningful response for more than two weeks. Most disappointing was the manner in which a potential lapse in coverage—related to non-payment by our mortgage company—was communicated. Rather than receiving a professional phone call or personalized outreach regarding such a serious matter, we received an informal email that attempted humor and lacked the professionalism expected in these circumstances. Insurance coverage is too important for preventable errors, delayed communication, and impersonal service. Unfortunately, our experience reflected a lack of attention to detail and customer care, and for that reason, I would not recommend this agency.
