  I've had a great experience with my Allstate agent Alice Miller. It's like a good neighbor for sure more like family. Always respectful and professional. Answers all my concerns and issues that come up and puts my mine at ease. No hidden secrets later on down the road. Thanks so much for your dedication and service. I've had many agents in my over 60 years of insurance but your company has been the best. Thank you.

  Just a terrible company. Roof damaged in nineteen different spots. Identified as un-repairable by multiple companies, including a company Allstate recommended. Allstate has refused to do anything to assist. Every roofer that has come out has indicated that Allstate is the worst company at paying claims

  Great customer service and communication, very helpful addressing any questions/concerns big and small! I have worked with Alice Miller’s Allstate branch for the last 8 years, would recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance provider.
