  I called yesterday about a busted water pipe that ruined laminate flooring Today an adjuster was here at 9am sharp Real nice young man Benefits solution has been our insurance agency for years They are extremely responsive and usually available or they call back within a few hours I like the personal relationship we have with Mr Howard and the personal response is icing on the cake!!

  Worst insurance agency I have ever dealt with. Lack of communication and cost me money: I asked the president of this company, Peyton Howard, to take on my case for getting home insurance. Weeks after I thought everything was set (I filled the application with him, signed, everything seems like a done deal and there is no further communication with him), I get a bill from my lender stating that there were complications and they are charging me a fee which I let Peyton know about and even ask if he still wants to be my agent. Not only does he not reply to my email, follow-up email, or acknowledge anything about the loss of money (which I was not requesting him to reimburse. I was just letting him know). Unreliable and not only useless, but hurtful. I wish I could post my email exchange with this man to show how negligible he is. His mistakes and lack of empathy cost me. Another occasion: He said that time sensitive mail that he sent to me was returned to sender. This almost NEVER happens to me, unless he never sent me mail in the first place. Now I feel lied to as well. Even if it was returned, he had my email and phone number. No communication whatsoever.

  Peyton has hands down been the best insurance agent I have ever worked with. Peyton has gone above and beyond to help me understand my policies and save me money. I highly recommend this company.
