We are a recently married senior citizen couple and needed to consolidate our insurances provided by other carriers. Terry was very patient with us, answering what seemed like dozens of questions. He pointed out several advantages of the State Farm approach and policies that we did not know existed. We walked away with not only consolidated policies, but in the end, we also saved money. Terry was not only patient. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. If we have the opportunity, we will be recommending Terry to friends.
