    Great insurance company I’ve been with Allstate for 10 years their customer service and claims department are awesome they really care about customers when it comes to claims or making easy payments thank you Allstate for letting me be part of a great family I always feel like a real value client

    quoted me incorrectly multiple times (after being affirmed multiple times it was correct) Wasn’t corrected until after 30 mins on call and about to pay and they uped the quote from $180 to $260 and they couldn’t explain why. When I then went to cancel my coverage I was told nothing else was due. now days later i’m hit with a $100+ charge. bad communication and service. Got new coverage (is comparable line by line with the allstate offer), with a lower deductible at state farm at a third of the price.
