Thankfully, my local Allstate office here with Rich completely turned things around. The team took the time to actually listen to my concerns, explain my options clearly, and help adjust my policy to better fit my needs instead of just giving generic responses. A huge thank you to Zach for going above and beyond throughout the process. He was patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me find a solution. It made a stressful situation so much easier knowing someone was willing to step in and advocate for me. Service like this is hard to find these days, and I really appreciate the effort this office put in to help me. Highly recommend working with this team if you want people who truly care about their clients.
