There was a communication breakdown between the DMV worker and me. I didn’t understand what was needed. Sarah, knowing the insurance lingo that I didn’t know, talked to the DMV person and got everything figured out. Her actions were above and beyond. There have been many other local situations where I’ve had questions. Calls are answered immediately and answers are given.
