- RMRaul MandujanoMay 13, 20262.0We normally reach out to them by email to make changes and that has worked well. Today I decided we wanted to call to make a payment early. We have called multiple times and they had sent me to VM and left them a VM and still no return call. After the call they sent a text message saying sorry they missed our call and told them wanted to give my card information over the phone and they insisted to do it by text and that it was a secure text line and let them know I felt more comfortable doing it by phone and to please call me back and no response so I called later that day and still no response. Continued responding via text instead of calling. When I called it always said I was # 1 on call which means they are not wanting to answer and sends me to VM. This is very unprofessional. If they keep going this route they will lose all of their clients. Until now can’t get hold of anyone.

Sebastian answered my phone call and helped me through the entire thing and even help me process my first payment. I am a college student and also just know nothing about cars or insurance. He helped me through all of it and answered any question I have. I've never experienced such amazing help. Thank you Sebastian and thank you to Advance insurance for hiring him!
