  Horrible experience. Very poor customer service. My policies came up for renewal, and I wanted to look for lower-priced options. I didn't provide approval to renew the policies. Advance Insurance started ignoring my calls and texts and renewed my policies. After multiple attempts to get ahold of someone at the company, I finally succeeded and was able to cancel the policies, but I wasn't refunded the total policy amount. I should have been because I didn't approve the renewals (and I'd gotten policies through a different company, so I didn't need the unapproved policies).

  We normally reach out to them by email to make changes and that has worked well. Today I decided we wanted to call to make a payment early. We have called multiple times and they had sent me to VM and left them a VM and still no return call. After the call they sent a text message saying sorry they missed our call and told them wanted to give my card information over the phone and they insisted to do it by text and that it was a secure text line and let them know I felt more comfortable doing it by phone and to please call me back and no response so I called later that day and still no response. Continued responding via text instead of calling. When I called it always said I was # 1 on call which means they are not wanting to answer and sends me to VM. This is very unprofessional. If they keep going this route they will lose all of their clients. Until now can’t get hold of anyone.

  Brandon is amazing! Nice and calm and patient, he helped me find the right insurance for me, he did a lot of work getting me the best deal and coverage, I would recommend Brandon and advanced insurance to everyone!! Thank you again Brandon your kind and supportive personality is a great gift
