  I contacted Jaron for a quote. He was busy when I called but said he would get back to me the next day. It’s now been 10 days, and I haven’t heard from him. We’re specifically looking for a new agent because our current one isn’t responsive, so communication and follow-through are really important to us. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing.

  I would highly recommend Brightway Insurance to everyone! Worked with Scott on auto and home insurance. Not only did he save us money, but he helped us get better coverage than we had before. Scott was patient with all my questions and very knowledgeable concerning the insurance! He spent the time needed and it was a fast and efficient process. Thanks!

  Scott was awesome to work with. He went over my policy and adjusted it based on what I need and wanted vs a standard policy. He explained each item if needed, and made sure I understood what was on my policy.
