  Brody is a very proficient and efficient business professional. His rates have saved us over a $1,000 annually on auto and home insurance, so I was able to afford life insurance to help my wife and kids if needed. Brody sufficiently explained all the ins and outs of insurance and left no grey areas unturned, so we could make an educated decision on how to proceed. To be honest, “shopping” insurance companies is like going to the dentist, but not with Brody and his staff! I will be recommending Brody and April to ALL my friends and family members to make sure they are in good hands! T. Shively

  I can't say enough good things about the conversation I had with Jose Mendiola! He was so incredibly personable and charismatic; it felt like I was talking to someone in my friend group. It wasn't forced or scripted; he was so genuine and interested in me as a person, not just as a random phone number he had to call as part of his job. We talked for a while and chit-chatted while waiting for numbers to pull up. He wasn't flirty or creepy, just kind and invested in the conversation and getting to know me. Apart from his general character, he also was incredibly professional and helpful. I truly am in the market for a better rate for my car insurance, and he was able to inform me about everything they had to offer, the ins-and-outs of how it all works, and set up a time to call me back when I was able to look into what I was currently paying with Bear River Mutual. When he called me back as promised, we went over my quote, and when it turned out to be a bit more than I was already paying, he was realistic and leveled with me. He knew that it was out of my price range, so he was honest and transparent and did not try to convince me or push or pressure me. Sooo refreshing. I genuinely enjoyed being on the phone with him, whether we were chatting about trips we'd gone on, or talking about car insurance rates. The best part was that he didn't just say "dang, well...sorry we couldn't beat that price. Have a good day!" Instead, he acknowledged that the quote didn't meet the criteria I was looking for, and then he told me that my renewal was coming up, and would I be interested in getting in touch again when the time came, to revisit and see if they could offer a better quote. This is brilliant. Didn't seem like a sales approach, and it was genuinely something I would want. Jose is incredible, I hope more people have the opportunity to work with him! I hope this review gets him some recognition, because he certainly deserves it. :)

Aaron is extremely knowledgeable—he took the time to explain everything clearly and found us the perfect coverage options.
