We have been with this agency for several years and had nothing but good, no excellent service from Tracy. We first met her when she saved us when we thought we were insured and were not and were facing an impending, very expensive surgery. I would not even consider changing our service or our agent; it is difficult to find trustworthy service. Individual and personal service is important to us, and that is what we get--I would recommend (and have recommended) this company/agent to everyone.

I think Tracy is awesome, when my wife finally retired with me, we no longer had insurance. So we had a sit down with her, and she looked over all my meds and medical needs and searched for my best option for my supplements. She got me signed up for everything I needed and if I have a question she is always there to help out she is kinda like a guardian angel !

I would recommend Tracy and her team to anyone. One of the most stressful things about starting a business is what to do about insurance. Options for self employee insurance are very expensive. I'm so glad I met Tracy, she completely took care of finding the best plan for our situation and reviews it every year to make sure we continue on the best plan with life changes.
