A house claim (wind) and they were amazing. Most importantly how great they were with us after a motorcycle accident, totaled vehicle, medical claims and air evacuation (per our extra coverage). Everything was compassionate, timely and fair. We are extremely pleased with them!! They are there when you actually NEED THEM! Ive had State Farm and Allstate, prior and had had to get attorneys involved for payment. LOVE THESE GUYS!

They have been calling back and saying we are ignoring there calls. I just told Amber the driver involved in the accident would call her in five minutes because she was clocking out. My driver of the accident called her 7 times and she didn’t pick up just send me an email that she was leaving for the day five minutes early. Great customer service.
