Iām not one to write reviews but I had to share the bad experience I had with Nathan at this office. He was not professional and chose to argue with the customer and stated that he knows better than 2 professional roofers, because he does insurance for a living, he stated our roof on our home is in bad shape I had 2 different local reputable roofing companies come out and tell me that our roof was in good shape and if anything needed to be done it was minor repairs. Nathan said our whole roof needed to be replaced and it (looked more like 8 years old) in order to be approved through Texas bureau. The roofing companies said it was no more than 2-4 years old at max, but the way he handled himself was to argue instead of understanding from the customer side of things. What happened to customer satisfaction being important, not sure.
