  After being a customer for almost a decade, always believing the inflated prices equaled better customer service and agent communication we've found that when we needed thorough, accurate communication it was non existent. If you are really committed to the farm bureau brand I HIGHLY recommend you find a different office with better agents, management, and policies. Better yet- shop around and save $1000s of dollars.

  Looking for another insurance company...... I have been with them for 4 years. In 2 years my insurance have increase over $2,000. I pay $4,000+. The increase was caused due to material usage of home repairs. 1 claim in 4 years. Very disappointed.

  Texas Farm Bureau has been very good to us. We have been with them for @ 20 years. Del Follis is our agent and has been very helpful and knows his stuff!

  Had been shopping around for awhile trying to get the best coverage. Well I spoke to Del Follis secretary Shelly & she was awesome! Answered every question I had so that I felt comfortable & reassured. We just signed up today & can't wait to check out our discounts & know that we have the best Insurance Company for our needs! Thank you Shelly your a gem!

  Had them for a few years and when it came time to parts ways with him due to personal changes life changes he was either hard to get ahold of and won't return calls. Ended up cancelin policy and goin elsewhere.
