- JCJamie CainAug 28, 20265.0My husband and I are military, we moved to the Fort Hood Texas area a little over a year ago. We have vehicle, renters , and an enclosed cargo trailer insured with Kalynn Tindall’s State Farm office. I have nothing but absolutely wonderful things to say about this State Farm office. Everyone that I have spoken to or worked with have been very warm, caring, and pleasant . Tori in particular is a treasure, she takes her time and explains everything. Insurance is personal, and it’s different for everyone, so the fact that she takes her time to go through all of your options and what will work best for you and what won’t is invaluable for us. She breaks everything down for you so it’s very easy to understand. She contacts us once a year to go over or any policy changes on their end or any changes that we need to make on our end and that is something that we very much value and appreciate. At our 6 month review, she found a discrepancy with our cargo trailer policy. We were overpaying and she had the trailer policy corrected for us. State Farm graciously reimbursed us the overpayments. That kind of specialized care and attention to detail is what you want in an insurance company. We highly recommend Tori and all the ladies at Kalynn Tindall’s office to anyone looking for an agent.
