  If I could give 0 stars I would. They were no help in my wreck. The lady kept saying she could only use the policy number, and claim number. (Incompetent, rude, and sounded like she was being bothered) Then my husbands calls and wow did the table turn. The lady he got was nice and very helpful. Ridiculous some people do not need to be in customer service/receptionist/agents. All I needed was the status on my claim! (The wreck was not my fault and a customer of yours) Not a big run around. Thank GOD, this is not my insurance company. Team Farmers!!!
