  Lorraine F and Melinda G at acceptance insurance have been so helpful and kind at answering all my questions and adding a vehicle to my policy. I felt welcomed and will recommend them to everyone that needs insurance. 10 stars for them.

  I had a very frustrating experience with Acceptance Insurance. Customers are not allowed to access their insurance ID cards directly and are instructed to call customer service to request them. However, when I called yesterday, I was still unable to receive my ID cards. To make matters worse, the representative was rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in a mocking tone. When I calmly told him that his attitude was rude, he became defensive and tried to justify his behavior instead of apologizing and assisting me respectfully. It is unacceptable to require customers to call for documents they should be able to access themselves and then fail to provide those documents when they call. Customers deserve professional and respectful assistance, especially when simply trying to obtain essential proof of insurance.

  I just want to thank Amanda Garza for helping me out with my insurance policy she was very friendly and helpful if you have any problems speak to her she will help you
