Although I've never had a bad experience in general, I've realized that people at April's agency go the extra mile to provide services that you need (no more, defintely not less). I've worked with Hendrick and Samantha, they both understand my situation and work hard to provide options. I've talked to others in the agency and they are ready to listen, serve and make it happen. I've quoted elsewhere and although they are less expensive, I know they won't provide the same level of service.
