  Great experience with Freeway Insurance! The rate I received was very affordable, and I was really happy with the coverage and overall value. The process was quick and easy, and I would definitely recommend giving them a call!

  I contacted Freeway Insurance initially due to their raving reviews. But the more I dove into trying to work with them, the worse my personal experience was. First, the representative helping me had no idea what she was doing / talking about. I have worked near the insurance field for many years, and I was asking basic policy questions, and she didn't seem to understand. Due to the low quotes I was getting, I decided to continue the conversations, while dismissing my gut feeling to just walk away. This representative verbally presented me with a carrier + the quote, so I did research on the carrier. I came back to her, ready to proceed... but then she let me know that she told me the wrong carrier. She got them 'mixed up'. So all of my research was out the window. I proceeded to do research on the new carrier and felt okay with it after all and decided to sign with the carrier. I wound up spending $320 to activate the policy, but my gut feeling was still pretty heavy. Not long after, I decided to cancel the policy with fear that my experience would continue to go downhill. I signed the cancelation form and was informed I would receive a full refund for the $320 I paid, and that I would be receiving it in the mail. Fast forward 3 weeks, and I still do not have the full refund AND I was charged the monthly rate of the policy I requested to cancel. Now I am out $500, and I was informed that the cancelation was never sent to the carrier. Also to add, trying to get in contact with the specific Freeway Insurance location / representatives that I worked with has been an absolute nightmare.
