  Farm bureau insurance has always treated me fair but June 2024 we had a bad storm and I believe I got one of the worst adjusters Farm bureau has. David Roberts would never respond to my emails, calls or text. I was already dealing with enough stress dealing with my home and shop damages then having to deal with my adjuster not responding to me. If you have a claim and get David Roberts as an adjuster you should ask for a different adjuster ASAP.
