I appreciate the fact, she was professional, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me out, find the best coverage for my needs and not just go to the most expensive option. As in the past, I had a very odd experience from the beginning with a different agent and I almost cancel my policy. However, Maria made a significant difference at the time to renew my car insurance 180 degrees different than my previous agent, who was confirmed she is no longer with the company.
