  I cannot say enough wonderful things about United Allstar Advisors, especially Advisor Dalton Pardue. As I prepare to turn 65 this year, the entire Medicare process felt incredibly overwhelming and confusing. On top of that, I was trying to determine whether it was the right time to begin drawing my Social Security benefits, which only added to my stress. From our very first conversation, Dalton made me feel comfortable and never once used high-pressure sales tactics. His only focus was making sure I understood my options and helping me make the best decisions for my situation. He was patient, kind, and always willing to work around my schedule, even when I had to reschedule appointments. During the application process, Dalton walked me through every section step by step, making sure I clearly understood what I was completing and why. He took the time to answer all of my questions and turned what had been a stressful, intimidating experience into one that was straightforward and reassuring.   Bar none the very best client service! Specifically Allstar Advisor Dalton Pardue! Second to none with expertise, knowledge and patience! Not high pressure sales! Kind and communicative, always! It was such an amazing feeling to get my medical and retirement benefits sorted - all with his assistance!
