  My family and I wanted to make coverage adjustments and review our quote before we closed on it. Although our go-to employee, Padricia, wasn’t physically there in the office, her exceptional service and delightful character were also reflected in this agency’s other employees. I came in and spoke with Bridget concerning the aforementioned matters, and she also did a fantastic job ensuring we had our desired adjustments, meticulously explaining them, and evaluating any other concerns we may have, all while having a friendly and lively attitude! Even if one’s trusted person isn’t there, you can be sure there is another employee who can sufficiently fill in the gap and provide superb service!

  My family and I were shopping around for quotes and were fortunate enough to have come across this agency. I spoke with Padricia over the phone, who was wonderfully pleasant. Most importantly, Padricia did a phenomenal job ensuring we had the coverage we wanted, explaining said coverage, breaking down the price, and being eager to answer any other underlying questions we had. One can tell she has a passion and enjoys what she does! Overall, we had a very professional, convenient, and thorough experience with her. Pricing-wise, we were able to save a ton, having net savings of ~$110/month by bundling together our Home and Auto with AllState.
