- LLLarryAug 15, 20261.0Do not use for Homeowners policies, they are notorious for not paying claims they are responsible for. We needed a roof was denied and wasted to much time and energy fighting to get something covered we paid for. They literally take your money and run. Sometimes they will give you low rates but they do that knowing they will deny any of your claims when you need them. STAY AWAY FROM ALLSTATE!!!! It’s not worth the stress and anguish dealing with these people. It’s like ordering groceries from the grocery store paying in full then going to pick up and they give you empty bags saying they don’t feel you deserve the groceries you paid for. Same thing t here just with insurance “ thank you for paying us for your insurance but now that you need to use us we will act like we don’t know you and didn’t sell you insurance “. Pure, Amica, Triple A, Travelers have all treated me very well.
