  Roadside assistance needs to do better. After waiting 3 hours for a tow from Austin to home, the tow truck never came and had no communication or updates that they were busy or what was going on. Also my agent is never available to speak with me and doesn't enter correct information into the computer when I sent proof my car was paid off. When I tried to make a formal complaint on the roadside assistance she was not available and would be off the next 2 days. No one is ever available.

  Texas Farm Bureau violated the signed electronic funds transfer agreement by drafting funds on the 27th instead of the 1st, and failed to honor a cancellation request made two business days prior. They took payment out of my bank for a policy that had been cancelled two business days before renewal. It has been very hard to get a hold of management and I still have not heard back. If this was handled apologetically and quickly it would be much less of an issue. If anyone has an issue similar you can report them to the Texas Department of Insurance by filing a complaint on their website.
