- DFDale FischbachJul 7, 20261.0We have had insurance with Mark for 8-9 years now and it is ridiculous how many times the corporate office would send a cancelation notice or increase and we were set up on auto pay! We would call Mark's office and they would say we are all payed and current, yet we could not get a straight answer as to why corporate office kept sending notices. Also when my daughter turned 25 they said they could not drop the rates until next 6 month billing cycle, yet when my.mother in law turned 85, 8 days later we got a bill increase due to old age. Lots of inaccurate i formation and double standards. We just finally got fed up enough and DROPPED them. They did not deserve our money for the inconsistent service we received. This is only the second time I have given a 1.star review, but they deserve it. Bad service, inconsistent billing and double standards. I left and.more than likely will never be back.

I got a call from Damien with this agency and he was the best got my rates at an affordable amount. Also I had an issue when I bought a new vehicle and he made one phone call and got it taken care of in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend Damien with State Farm for any insurance needs.
