  Priscilla was so helpful and kind helping me get insurance for my vehicle. She helped me every step of the way and answered any and all questions I had. This process was super easy thanks to her, make sure you ask for Priscilla!!!

  Im moving back to San Antonio so im not able to go in person. When I called to get a quote for insurance to help me prep for my move, I got Ms Beth. She was super kind, patient and professional over the phone, which u don’t expect now a days. She walked me thru the whole process and quotes very clearly which I truly appreciate because most of the time people try to rush and be vague and that’s frustrating. Not ms Beth she made me happy I called freeway unlikes other companies who just try to see if you’re gonna purchase or not and when they realize u just want a quote act extremely rude. Beth was very compassionate, well informed on her job and represents the company very well. Once I switch over I’m definitely going back to Beth and will recommend her specifically to friends and family in the San Antonio area because she truly knows her stuff and enjoys her job.

  I had a wonderful experience working with Hansel. He’s very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain my options clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process simple and stress-free. I truly appreciated how attentive and helpful he was throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Hansel to anyone looking for an insurance agent who genuinely cares about their clients 💯

  have been dealing with insurances for days and everyone has been so rude and just not very helpful today i called Freeway and spoke with Frank Ortiz let me tell you that was the best customer service and help Ive ever had he was amazing so helpful!.!! You definitely made my day easier and getting insurance finally didn’t feel so over whelming. Thank you definitely recommending yall for anyone looking for insurance !!!!
