  Excellent customer service,Edward was fast friendly understanding and patient he helped us get a lower rate and fix our policy we have been with this company for a year and have never had an issue. Claims get processed correctly with no issues they listen to you when u make a claim instead of assuming the situation like most companies do when you get into an accident. Freeway cares about the people they insure
