  I had a great experience with Direct Auto & Insurance, and I want to recognize the team for going above and beyond. Erica Pena (lead) was outstanding from start to finish—professional, knowledgeable, and truly took the time to make sure I understood every part of my policy. She made the process smooth and stress-free. Rich Morales was also a big help—very responsive, patient, and made sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. The customer service overall was top-tier—friendly, efficient, and genuinely focused on helping the customer. It’s rare to find a team that communicates this well and actually cares. If you’re looking for reliable insurance and people who will treat you right, I highly recommend Direct Auto & Insurance. Great experience all around.
