  Me and my husband were looking into lowering our auto insurance. We decided to seek help through Direct Auto Insurance on Bandera Rd. We were assisted by TJ. He was such an amazing help! He took his time to find a policy that met our budget with the adequate amount of coverage. I highly recommend going to him if you’re shopping for auto insurance

  If I could give the company, not this specific location, 0 stars I would. As a person filing a claim against this company for one of their insured (who was on their phone looking at a map) and rear ended my son’s car. This was March 16. I have called no less than a dozen times to my “claims adjuster “ Jarred. I have left messages and yet to ever get a callback. It’s now April 21st. We’ve had a heavy duty plastic and duct tape covering it since the incident. I understand there is a timeline to which things can get done but the lack of communication and not one call from the adjuster since the incident is absurd.
