  Our family has been with Greg Bratcher's Office for over 25 years. Greg and his staff go above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns regarding our policies. Greg and Laurie have helped with everything from our car insurances to our homeowners policies to life insurance policies and inquiries regarding retirement and Roth IRA accounts. Most recently Mandy helped with a specific policy that we needed ASAP and she certainly delivered. I can not say enough good things about this office as a whole. We are blessed to have them!

  Have been very helpful in getting me the insurance I need.Thanks to Laurie Teplicek for spending time to explain what I was buying, the cost, and when I needed to contact them. I am A senior and I like Face to face. I am Not good with online only. I feel Very satisfied with this agency.

  Ref: Mandy Ybarra Mandy helped me in the past when I originally had State Farm Insurance, as well as when I decided to switch over to another insurance company. She did everything in her power to help me understand my needs when it came to auto and renter's insurance. Even though I did wind up switching over to another insurance company, Mandy was so understanding and kind, as well as being, beyond, helpful. Mandy has reached out to me via mail and email, over the last few months, asking if she can help me with some new quotes to see if it may be beneficial for me to come back over to State Farm. It most definitely was beneficial for me to switch back over! Mandy answered every question and concern I had about the switch over. Making sure that I was receiving the same, if not better coverage for my auto and renter's policies, at a much more affordable price than what I was paying with the other insurance company. She was so patient with me, since I took a while reaching back out to her. She is so sweet and kind. Absolute 5 star review for miss Mandy. I can't thank her enough for what she does, and what she did for me.
