Mislead into thinking I had full coverage on a vehicle when they signed me up for liability from the start and didn't say anything. Mind you i bought the car brand new and needed to have full coverage per my lease agreement. Hit a deer out of state and they will not cover any damages and nobody is taking responsibility so I have to fix my car myself. Didnt even care to ask if i wanted to upgrade to full coverage after finding out about my insurance coverage. Canceled and got progressive. Way cheaper. Would not recommend anybody get insurance from them.

I had water damage that they would not cover. The Agent that sold me the policy said that Texas Farm Bureau does not cover accidental water discharge for older homes. My home of course is an older home. He said that he told me when I purchased my policy, which I know he didn'the because I would have never purchased this type of policy. So if any of you guys own an older home be careful because according to my Agent, they did not cover broken water pipe, appliances, hot water heaters or anything in the home that could burst and cause water damage, but they would have covered my home had an aircraft hit it. Guess what type of coverage most people with older homes worry about obtaining? I will be sure to tell everyone ton think twice before using Texas Farm Bureau.
