I recommend Texas Farm Bureau Insurance and Andrea for anyone looking for car insurance. I've had to use roadside service twice and both times was helped quickly and with no additional fees.   Very disappointed in the response from Farm Burau, we have been long time customers and the customer satisfaction has always been great. Today was another story. My wife had a flat in Houston and needed assistance. She waited over 2 hours for assistance. She ended up having to call a private tow company to change her tire which cost 200 dollars. Just a word of caution if you ever need road assistance do not go through the Farm Bureau, they were a real disappointment today. This is very dangerous if you are a woman in today's climate. Farm Bureau should strive to do better. We would be happy to discuss this in better detail with a representative.

  Easy to work with and very professional. You work one-on-one with the people that make things happen. My damage was fairly accessed and reimbursement was given promptly.
