- DHDelain HoltApr 30, 20261.0This is the worst Allstate agent I have ever had to deal with. I have had Allstate insurance for over 30 years but have now cancelled all my policies due to this agent’s office personnel. Marcy Diaz is the rudest person and should not be allowed to speak with customers. In addition when I tried repeatedly via voicemail, email and chatting online to cancel a renewal I was advised by Marcy they would continue to bill me and report me to a collection agency unless I fill out a new form they started using several months ago to cancel a renewal.
