  Tim Cypert is the best insurance agent around. We moved to Texas and needed renters insurance immediately. He took care of our insurance needs quickly and knows his stuff!!!! He is trustworthy and won’t do you wrong!

  I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received from Tim Cypert and Brightway Ins. I have worked personally with Tim and more recently with Valerie. I have worked through a claim, renewals and always had access to get my questions answered. In regard to claims Tim would personally contact me to be sure things were going smoothly to my satisfaction----very personalized and service oriented. I highly recommend The Cypert Agency. They are great at their job and happy to help.
