Terrible customer service. If they stop receiving payment, they’ll claim they sent you a letter and won’t bother calling before they drop you. I never got a letter and was without insurance for a while without knowing it. Now I have to pay more for insurance because I have no record of being insured for over 30 days. When I told them about this being the second time I was dropped without notification they claimed to have called but stopped replying to my messages when I asked what dates they called. Another agent rudely told me it wasn’t their problem. I’d strongly recommend going with another company that will alert you when you’re uninsured and provide better service. I’ve never had issues like this with other insurance providers and will be switching back to a bigger name company that holds their employees accountable to how they interact with customers.

Hostile woman answered the phone. According to her, If you purchase a vehicle and add it to your policy you may drive around for up to 6 months with no proof of insurance because they “have no control over when the cards are sent out” and they “aren’t going to work on something if you don’t specifically request it”. I commented on how that is unusual, agreed and expressed my understanding, and then wished her a good day. To which I was hung up on for. I work with multiple insurance companies and have never experienced this type of unprofessionalism before.
