The increased price was with less coverage than the letter quote. Basically their advertisement is misleading and a ploy to get you to call them. I was very disappointed at the end of the call and the lady who helped could say nothing about the difference in price or their sales tactics. Honesty and integrity are really hard find these days.

She was extremely nice and helpful and actually got me better auto coverage than I had with Geico, where I'd been a customer since 2000. The price came out to about the same as what I was already paying, and I got a big discount on the homeowner's insurance on top of it. Really glad I called and would definitely recommend asking for Alliyah.
