  I left information with secretary on auto insurance and house insurance quotes. I was promised an agent would call, but that did not happen. This happened in both the McKinney and Spring Creek office in Plano. I would say that is most unprofessional. If they don’t want me as a client, they should at least return a call. Business must be good. Bye, bye Texas Farm Bureau!

  My experience with adjuster TJ Heutzenroeder was nothing short of exceptional. He is an adjuster for Texas Farm Bureau and I am the contractor doing the repairs. TJ was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job explaining the claim process to the homeowner. He is a valuable member of Farm Bureaus team and somebody who deserves the accolades that comes with 5 star service he provides his policyholders.

  The worst insurance to have they are very horrible. They are very rude when I answer the phone. Lack of communication is unacceptable.

  My wife and I have been Collin County Texas Farm Bureau members for over 45 years. They have always handled our claims in a timely & fair manner.

  I have been with Texas Farm Bureau for just over 2 years now after a recommendation to use them from a friend. With them, I was able to get a much lower rate for my auto insurance and a lower quote for my house at the time I was purchasing it than Nationwide provided me. I now have 3 cars, my house and my life through them. My agent Drew Pemberton was able to come to my house to meet me to setup coverage on my house and my life. He explained everything about my coverage in great detail, there was no pressure to go one way or another. He just told me both the pros and cons of all the options so I could build my coverage with Texas Farm Bureau my way. Since then, I've had at least 3 friends and family get on-board with Drew and the Farm Bureau.
