- CMCinthia Mcgee3 days ago5.0I had a very big problem today so I called and talked to Audry. She was very courteous and she knew exactly what to do and helped me with my problem immediately. My premium is due tomorrow and I had the money on my credit card however I had to rush my son to the ER and had to use some of the money for gas. I was not only frantic concerning my son but the fact that I couldn't are my premium She in turn stopped my auto pay and allowed me 5 days to pay it. She is amazing
