  I honestly can’t say enough good things about Dalton and the experience I’ve had working with him at Ryan Landers’ State Farm office. From the very first conversation, Dalton went above and beyond what I would expect from someone in customer service. Every interaction with him felt personal, genuine, and easy. What really stood out to me was that every time I talked with Dalton, it never felt like I was just talking to an insurance representative. It genuinely felt like I was talking to a friend who actually cared about helping me. He was always patient, understanding, and willing to take the time to explain things and answer my questions without ever making me feel like I was bothering him or asking too many questions. There’s a huge difference between someone simply doing their job and someone who makes you feel like they actually care about the person they’re helping. Dalton absolutely falls into the second category. His customer service is exceptional, and the way he communicates makes what could otherwise be a stressful or frustrating insurance experience feel simple and comfortable. State Farm says, “Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there,” and honestly, Dalton is a perfect example of what that means. Every conversation left me feeling like I had someone in my corner who was willing to help, listen, and make sure I understood everything. That kind of service is becoming harder and harder to find, and I truly appreciate it. Dalton is one of those people who makes you remember that great customer service is about more than just answering questions or taking care of business. It’s about how you make someone feel while you’re helping them. He made me feel valued, respected, and taken care of every single time. I’m extremely grateful for all of his help and for the way he handled every conversation with professionalism while still being warm and personable. Ryan Landers’ State Farm office is very fortunate to have someone like Dalton representing them. If you’re looking for an insurance office where you’re actually going to feel like a person instead of just another customer, I would absolutely recommend Ryan Landers’ State Farm office and especially Dalton. He deserves every bit of these 5 stars. Thank you, Dalton, for being the kind of person who makes the whole experience so much better.   New State Farm auto insurance customer. I submitted a quote online on a Saturday night and Sean from Ryan’s team contacted me Sunday morning to help me get everything updated and set up. I appreciate the quick communication and lower rate than my previous insurer. Thanks!

  We have had problems with this office for the last month. No one will answer the phone or return a call or text. We even called a different state farm office to ask for help and they couldn't get anyone on the phone, either. Do not recommend. 3 people trying to get ahold of this office for an entire month and no response.

  Told I was covered, when I needed to file a claim they said I was never should’ve been accepted. Then tried to over charge me and rush me into signing a policy. Found another State Farm agency that covered the same for less than half the price.
