Had auto insurance with TXFB in Pearsall. Agent wanted a meeting to talk about my Life/assets to sell me more insurance at the office. I reluctantly agreed after several attempts, and after the agent insinuated it was required for customers to review their assets (Probably not true). Big storm rolling across South TX from Mexico day of meeting, I thought hail for sure and I also didn’t really want to meet after a long day at work, full disclosure. Texted agent to cancel, and they texted back: “You know the meeting is inside, right?” WOW!! Very condescending. Like Pearsall has a lot of covered parking. Anyway, I was offended, so when my insurance is up for renewal, I call Atascosa branch to switch. They tell me Pearsall has to sign off on switch, so I call Pearsall and let them know. I call Atascosa back a week later, but still Pearsall hasn’t signed off on switch. Only thing I ever got from this branch were personalized calendars (my last name in a different background for every month) and a hard time. Zero stars.

I’m gonna make this brief: Someone insured by this insurance hit my vehicle in the parking lot. Insurance told ne to take the vehicle to a shop after I sent them pictures for estimate. Now they called the shop and told them they will not pay for the remaining $1,000 labor charge since I did not use the shop they recommended. Please note, I was not given this option in the beginning, and on top of that why will I take my car to a shop I do not know. This is bad practice that should be illegal.
