  This review is for Shondra! Thank you honey for your patience, your kindness, your communication and professionalism. I had the most terrible service from some man who works on the customer service line. I actually asked for the fhe manager and he sent me back to the customer service que. Shondra thanks for making it a good experience everything is all cleared up and I made my payment. I hope they promote you, give you a raise, or simple make you the CEO. Amen church! A genuine people’s person with true concern for your needs and dedication to ensuring you get the best coverage possible each and every time. A company that truly values their members and you can feel it. Across 4 different companies this is the best Insurance I’ve ever had. A forever member!
