- SOScott OgleMay 8, 20261.0The mailings this company sends out are a scam. With correct detailed info on my home, they sent a letter claiming that they could insure my home for under $1200. So I made the call. When I called, with me having made no prior claims on the house, they gave a formal quote of $3200, almost triple what their mailing claimed!! I'm sick and tired of these type of liars sending mailings out like this to get us to call them. This is fraudulent and there ought to be a law against this!

After being with Geico/Travellers for over 20 years, I was surprised at the level of personalized customer service I received from Matt even after he had my business. Prompt, professional, and clear communication with excellent follow-through, and not to mention I'm saving thousands of dollars per year with Allstate, all make me a very happy customer.

Not sure why, but I actually called to check insurance pricing against my current State Farm policy. Spoke to John and he was very professional and very patient, answering multiple questions during several conversations. We eventually worked through all the questions and agreed upon a home and auto plan that will save my family approximately $1700 in 2026. Unfortunately, we live in a time where we must shop our insurance on a regular basis to ensure we are getting the best deal. Thanks John, you were easy to work with and look forward to working with you in 2026. Thanks
