I was switching to State Farm after having been with another insurance company for 11 years, so it was a difficult decision. She allowed me the time it took for a lot of back and forth between State Farm and the other company. She was quick to reply to emails and professional to work with. I am very pleased with my decision as I am also saving myself almost $100 a month now!!

I wanted to continue using State Farm so I had my information transferred to Brian Burklow’s‘s office. This was a wise decision. Everyone at this office has been fantastic. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. If I call the office for any reason, I get a live person. I don’t have to go through a long telephone menu just to get someone to help me. I love this. I have no regrets using Brian Burklow’s State Farm office in Mont Belvieu. Their service is top-notch.
