  The company itself is usually pretty good. The staff in this office on the other hand are a completely different matter. I just got an unexpected rate increase that was supposedly in effect for everyone but when I called corporate they said that's not true and are looking into the matter.. To add insult to injury, the person who answered said this went into effect January of this year (2017) but my policy is good until May of 2017. Care to explain that? Do NOT do your business with this location.

  Horrible service. I waited 6 weeks to find out if TFB would insure my house. My husband took a day off from work to meet an agent at the property. He said that the roof might need to be replaced and he would get back to us. I called over and over to find out the decision. No one returned my call. I finally reached someone today who told me that TFB doesn't insure wood frame houses. You could have told me that the first phone call and saved me weeks of frustration and wasted time. Never again
