  To say that I HATE insurance companies is in fact, a gross understatement. I firmly believe they are the nations singles largest predatory scammers. Texas Farm Bureau Insurance is so far removed from this industry opinion that I have. Matter of fact, Casey McCabe in Ellis County, TX completely ruined that opinion for me when I was unloved in a major collision that totaled my car and sent me airborne. I walked away and called Casey, dazed and a bit in shock to start the claim. He asked where I was and decided he was going to come pick me up in another town and make sure I got a tow truck ordered. He has shown up to our house to review policies and answered every question we have had. The company as a whole, has been a life savior when we had a house fire in 2025. Yes, an insurance company came to the rescue and helped! As we started to rebuild our home, a tornado took a large section of shingles from our roof. Texas Farm Bureau had no trouble approving the claim and best of all, paid in hours not days, weeks or months. I never leave reviews. Simply not my thing. However, if this helps you in some for fashion in making the decision to leave your awful insurance company and help drive you to TX Farm Bureau, then I think I have done a little in helping to say "thank you" to them.

  Called 2 weeks ago was promised a call back got none. Called last week to follow up was promised a call back got none. If you don't want my business just say so don't take my number tell me you're going to call back and don't.
