When we moved across the state last year, we moved our insurance from the company we had been with for 30 years to Allstate. Our first agent wasn't responsive to our calls or emails, so I set about how to transfer everything to Pam. We had our first claim recently and it's been a completely painless process. She and her staff was on it that day...had the adjuster calling and scheduling with us immediatly. They came...inspected on a Saturday...approved the claim two days later on Monday and made first payment to us within the hour. Having an agent work for you makes all the difference in the world. If you need insurance anywhere in Texas, call her...go to her website...ask for a quote. If you are with Allstate already, you can ask to be transferred to her. Any insurance is only as good as the agent that works with you...and she's the best!
