  Make it very difficult to cancel the insurance. If you call their customer service line, they tell you to go walk into a local office. The closest office is nearly an hour away. When you call a local office they don’t listen to you, tell you that they only handle sales and transfer you. After being transferred back and forth or being hung up on, I spoke with probably 15 different people before someone from their costumer service line was able to send a simple e-signature document. A cancellation process that could have easily been completed in 5 minutes over the phone took over 30 minutes because nobody wanted to do their job.
